TEDxTampaBay Presenter Announces new iPhone App!

TEDxTampaBay presenter and CEO of Spark Labs, Charles Armstrong, announced Tour Wrist, a very cool new iPhone App. that allows users to take 360 degree photos with their iPhone cameras and share them with the world.
